Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
